Findings from MIS375

So far in MIS375, I've realized the value of what I have learned and know in a large corporation about the value of information systems. Often people overlook the importance of the experience someone has to an organization when they can't show it on paper. This comes often in performance reviews, so the ultimate challenge is to show how you can contribute to the company with that experience.

As I've said previously, it's not the knowledge that's important, but how you use it for good versus evil!

Learning the Critical Thinking and Competitive Forces Models are the most difficult for me, as I'm acclimating to become more of a strategic thinker. This has always been a challenge for me, as I stretch to become less technical and more focused on the business. This applies to both my education and work.
